Our social housing
Residence I
Built in 1975 and renovated in 1995, Residence I is the historic residence of Césal. It consists of a building with 4 wings (A, B, C, D), on 4 levels, which can accommodate 321 residents in room-type accommodation.
The residence also houses the administrative offices as well as the Césal reception area, where each resident can collect his or her parcels.

residence ii
Residence II is conceived as a village that follows on from Residence I.
The 4 buildings (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) that make up the residence date from 1994. Each building is built on 4 levels, bringing the total capacity of the residence to 322 persons.
Residence II offers exclusively flats for 5-6 people, designed for student sharing. Individual or semi-detached studios are connected to a common living room to form a flat.

Residence III is the smallest of our residences.
Built in 2003, its single 4-storey building is divided into 3 parts (EG, EC, ED), and accommodates up to 138 residents.
Behind its glass facades are studio flats, including double bedroom apartments, which are particularly suitable for couples.

residence iv
Dating from 2017 - 2018, Residence IV has several buildings, set within a green area.
Among its buildings are 5 Muses (4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H), 5-storey cylindrical towers, whose silk-screened walls show original patterns. In addition to the Muses, Residence IV has 3 buildings of 6 levels each (4A, 4B, 4C). In total, 1,082 residents can be accommodated in this new residence. Each building is equipped with a lift.
The L-shaped 4C building houses strategic locations such as the Security HQ (available 24/7), and the Agora, a relaxation area available to all Cesal residents.
