The notion of living together is essential in our residence. Historically, the Césal residence only welcomed students from the École Centrale-Supélec, which placed the residence in the exclusive continuity of the École. Since the inauguration of Residence IV in 2017, which more than doubled the capacity of the Césal residence, we welcome students (as well as professors) from other schools, universities and institutes. In order to promote the good cohabitation of all the tenants, we rely on our internal regulations, which each tenant must read, approve and sign when joining the residence. These rules are based on fundamental rules of living together, such as respect. We mean respect for people as well as for property, i.e. accommodation, common areas, private areas, green spaces, etc. The peace, safety and comfort of each tenant are at stake.
