Built in 1975 and renovated in 1995, Residence I is the historic residence of Césal.

It consists of a building with 4 wings (A, B, C, D), on 4 levels, which can accommodate 321 residents in room-type accommodation.

The residence also houses the Accueil Césal as well as administrative and technical premises.

The hall of the residence is set up as a service area: in addition to the reception area where each resident can collect his or her parcels.
