Welcome to your technical department!

Information :

The technical service is at your disposal for all your daily problems. All you have to do is make a request in your resident area under the heading "technical interventions". An email will be sent to you to let you know when the technicians will be coming. 

Your technical service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. However, if an emergency arises after working hours, we recommend that you call the Security Desk, which will notify the on-call technician.

T-Room

T-Room aims to improve the availability of the equipment and allows a real improvement in your well-being.

This service, which is entirely free of charge for everyone, aims to anticipate as much as possible the malfunctions that are part of normal use of the accommodation and to avoid residents having to report them or having to endure them when they leave.

For example, the interventions will focus on

  • Repairing a ripped plug,
  • Repairing a water leak,
  • Changing a tap,
  • Changing the batteries in electronic locks,
  • Adjusting a door that rubs,
  • Bulb change,
  • Replacement of a silicone seal,
  • Tightening of bed or desk legs,
  • ...
