The 2023 orals are divided into four sessions:

^1st session: week of June 19

^2nd session: week of June 26

^3rd session: week of July 3

^4th session: week of July 10

Can I stay at Césal during my orals?

Yes, this year Césal will be making a certain number of apartments available to candidates. However, availability is limited. We therefore invite you to book as soon as reservations open.

When and how to book?

Reservations will be made via a link made available to applicants by CentraleSupélec. This link will group together the different accommodation options offered by the school. If the candidate chooses to stay at Césal, he or she will be automatically redirected to our reservation platform. Please note that the candidate will then have 24 hours to finalize the reservation before it is cancelled.

The link will be provided to candidates a few days before the start of the first session. For more information, please contact CentraleSupélec directly.

What accommodation will be provided?

Césal will be offering single-family homes in different residences. Applicants will not be able to choose the accommodation they are allocated. The price will be the same for all apartments.

What are the special conditions?

Each accommodation will be offered at €50/night. This includes cleaning, wifi during the stay, and the welcome service. A pillow and blanket will be given to each applicant on arrival. Bed and bath linen, crockery and kitchen utensils will not be provided.

Candidates must arrive on the Sunday before the start of their session, at the time slot selected at the time of booking (please note that it is imperative to respect the date and time of arrival selected, otherwise the booking will be cancelled - the time slot selected corresponds to the next 30 minutes, e.g.: time slot selected 10:00, the candidate may arrive between 10:00 and 10:30). The departure date is set for the following Friday (for organizational reasons, no candidate will be able to stay in their accommodation beyond this date). Candidates must vacate their accommodation and return the key by 09:00 at the latest. Candidates may leave earlier if they wish. However, no refund will be made, and the candidate will be billed for the full number of nights booked.

On Fridays 06/23, 06/30 and 07/07, candidates can drop off their luggage at the Césal reception desk, which will be transformed into a luggage room for the occasion. Luggage must be collected before 6.30pm on the same day. On Friday 07/14, luggage storage will not be provided by Césal, but by the school's admissors.

Please note that in addition to online payment, a bank loan will be required 48 hours prior to arrival. This will be cancelled once the candidate has vacated the accommodation, provided that no damage or breakages have occurred, and that the accommodation key has been correctly returned.

Exit arrangements will be specified at the time of arrival.

Please note that this is the only way to reserve accommodation at Césal. Requests sent by email or by other means will not be processed. Moreover, any finalized reservation is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
