This year the 2024 Olympic Games will be held in Paris, and more generally in the Île-de-France region. This event requires a very high level of security, spread over a vast area. That's why a number of residences have been approached to provide accommodation for the police forces in charge of the event.

Césal has responded favorably to the request of the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (COJO), by opening its doors to several hundred police officers and firefighters over the period. They will only be allocated accommodation for which no lease is in force during the period in question.

For a variety of reasons, the housing allocation procedures are strict. As a result, only residences 3 and 4 will be affected.

As a result, a number of units will be ineligible for renewal or extension this year, notably in residences 3 and 4. However, a number of units in residences 1, 5 and 6 will be eligible.

ATTENTION: This does not imply that all of the residences listed above will be eligible.

For those staying in non-eligible accommodation and wishing to remain in Césal for the start of the 2024 school year, it will be imperative to reserve other accommodation among those eligible. Transfers between accommodations will be organized by our services on the same day.

However, please note that demand is likely to exceed availability, and no waiting list will be drawn up. It is therefore essential that those concerned follow the forthcoming instructions carefully and organize their transfers as quickly as possible.
