Si vous êtes inscrits à CentraleSupélec dans l’un des cursus ci-dessous, alors vous êtes considéré comme étant prioritaire.
C’est-à-dire que vous aurez accès à un panel de logements accessibles uniquement aux prioritaires (dans la limite des stocks disponibles) : 

• Première année – CPGE (boursiers : ouverture le 07/08 à 07h00 – non-boursiers : ouverture le 08/08 à 07h00)
• Première année – Concours international (boursiers : ouverture le 07/08 à 07h00 – non-boursiers : ouverture le 08/08 à 07h00)
• Première année – L3 Bachelor (boursiers : ouverture le 07/08 à 07h00 – non-boursiers : ouverture le 08/08 à 07h00)
• Première année – Dual In (boursiers : ouverture le 07/08 à 07h00 – non-boursiers : ouverture le 08/08 à 07h00)
• Première année – Accelerated Program (boursiers : ouverture le 07/08 à 07h00 – non-boursiers : ouverture le 08/08 à 07h00)
• Première et deuxième année – Double diplôme (réservations ouvertes)

           a. Est-ce que j’ai la garantie d’un logement ?

Please note that the stock of housing available to priority buyers remains limited. It is therefore essential that you follow the steps below to finalize the reservation of your future home, as quickly as possible once reservations are open.

           b. Quand puis-je réserver ?

Les réservations ouvriront le 7 août à 07h00 pour les boursiers, et le 8 août à 07h00 pour les non-boursiers.

Notez que les boursiers du cursus CPGE pourront réserver 24h avant les autres prioritaires, soit dès le 7 août à 07h00, ce qui leur permettra de réserver facilement parmi nos logements sociaux. Ces étudiants seront flagués par CentraleSupélec, qui transmettra la liste à Césal avant l’ouverture des réservations.

Tous les prioritaires auront jusqu’au 20/08/2024 inclus pour finaliser leurs réservations. Les logements non pourvus après cette date seront ouverts aux autres publics, et le principe de priorité ne s’appliquera plus.

          c. Comment finaliser ma réservation ?

Dans un premier temps, rendez-vous sans plus tarder sur le site de réservation : logement.cesal.fr.

2. Select your date and time of arrival [cette année, les baux débuteront entre le 24 et le 25 août 2024. Les futurs résidents sont invités à venir récupérer leurs clés à la date et heure choisie à cette étape. En cas d’impossibilité, une procuration peut être donnée à une tierce personne. Cette personne devra nous la fournir lorsqu’elle viendra récupérer vos clés]
   • This is when your lease will start
   • To ensure optimum arrival for all our future residents, you'll need to choose from a number of predefined dates and slots. The selected time slot implies that you must collect your keys within the hour (e.g.: selected time slot 2pm - you can collect your keys between 2pm and 3pm).
3. Enter your end of lease date
   • No later than 11 months and 0 days after the date of arrival
   • Depending on the accommodation, a maximum end of lease date may be imposed. In this case, a message will inform you. In order to see as much availability as possible, we invite you to enter an end of lease date in June.
4. Choose your accommodation among those proposed (building, floor, PRM, balcony...).
5. Add the requested supporting documents within 48 hours :
   • Identity document
   • Justificatif de scolarité 2024-2025 / Lettre d’acceptation / Attestation de stage, etc.
   • Proof of address
   • Certificate of home insurance starting from the date of arrival in your home. Studcorp makes it easy for you to obtain home insurance in just a few clicks: STUDCORP.
   • If you are calling on a physical guarantor: identity document, the most recent tax notice or tax status notice or the guarantor's last three pay slips.
   • If you use a moral guarantor: rental guarantee certificate (our partner Garantme offers you the possibility of obtaining a moral guarantor at a preferential rate by entering the code " CESAL " at the time of payment!)
6. Une fois vos pièces justificatives validées par nos équipes, payez en ligne votre dépôt de garantie ainsi que votre premier loyer.
7. The last step is to electronically sign your rental contract, the internal regulations and, if applicable, the joint and several guarantee and the direct debit mandate. 

2. I am not part of the priority audience listed above

           a. Comment réserver ?

First of all, go to the reservation website: logement.cesal.fr.

Then follow the steps below:

1. If you don't have one yet, create your resident space
2. Select your arrival date from those proposed (between D+5 and D+10 from the current date)
   • This is when your lease will start
3. Enter your end of lease date
   • No later than 11 months and 0 days after the date of arrival
   • Depending on the accommodation, a maximum end of lease date may be imposed. In this case, a message will inform you. In order to see as much availability as possible, we invite you to enter an end of lease date in June.
4. Choose your accommodation among those proposed (building, floor, PRM, balcony...).
5. Add the requested supporting documents within 48 hours :
   • Identity document
   • Proof of 2023-2024 schooling / Letter of acceptance / Certificate of internship, etc.
   • Proof of address
   • Certificate of home insurance starting from the date of arrival in your home. Studcorp makes it easy for you to obtain home insurance in just a few clicks: STUDCORP.
   • If you are calling on a physical guarantor: identity document, the most recent tax notice or tax status notice or the guarantor's last three pay slips.
   • If you use a moral guarantor: rental guarantee certificate (our partner Garantme offers you the possibility of obtaining a moral guarantor at a preferential rate by entering the code " CESAL " at the time of payment!)
6. Once your supporting documents have been validated by our teams, pay your security deposit and your first rent online. For Césal Résidentiel residents, payment of the application fee is also made at this stage.
7. The last step is to electronically sign your rental contract, the internal regulations and, if applicable, the joint and several guarantee and the direct debit mandate.

Reservations are already open for all non-priority audiences.
